New EU Space Portal
The European Commission has launched EU Space, a new digital platform that presents Europe’s key space initiatives, including Galileo, EGNOS and Copernicus programme − the framework under which SCARBOn is developed. The SCARBOn project is supported by Copernicus’ advanced Earth observation capabilities, which strengthen its mission to enhance CO₂ monitoring and reinforce Europe’s climate services.
The EU Space platform provides access to programme information, data services, funding opportunities and policy updates and practical tools for users from public institutions, private companies and the research community. It also highlights how EU space technologies contribute to climate action, making the portal a valuable entry point for anyone interested in the European space sector.
